David Bender, DDS
Dr. David Bender grew up in Indiana and earned his biology degree from Indiana University Bloomington. He went on to complete his DDS at Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2002. He’s proud to serve patients in his home state with straightforward, trustworthy care. Dr. Bender is an avid IU and Colts fan and enjoys golfing in his spare time.

Michael Talbott, DDS
Dr. Michael Talbott grew up in Pendleton, Indiana, and graduated from Purdue University with a degree in General Health Science. He earned his DDS from Indiana University School of Dentistry and now lives and practices in Fishers. Dr. Talbott is passionate about dentistry and enjoys connecting with patients. Outside the office, you’ll find him doing CrossFit, golfing, or showing off his crazy socks.

Michael J. Whitman, DDS
Dr. Michael Whitman is originally from Indianapolis and earned his biology degree from Bellarmine University, where he also played soccer. He completed a master’s in biology at the University of Louisville and received his DDS from the University of Kentucky. Dr. Whitman enjoys getting to know his patients and helping them feel comfortable with their care. He loves spending time outdoors with his family and is always up for a new food spot.

Louis Stumpf, DDS
Dr. Louis Stumpf grew up in Evansville, Indiana, and earned his biology degree at the University of Southern Indiana. He completed his DDS at Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Stumpf also serves as the Clinical Director of Dentistry for Special Olympics Indiana. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, cycling, and cheering on the Colts and Pacers.

Austin Martinez, DDS
Dr. Austin Martinez is from Wheaton, Illinois, and studied biology at Augustana College. He earned his DDS from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Martinez is passionate about dentistry and enjoys educating his patients without ever being pushy. At home, he enjoys gardening, DIY projects, and relaxing with his kids and pet chinchilla, Kiko.

Ashton Green-Sims, DMD
Dr. Ashton Green-Sims grew up in Indianapolis and played Division 1 soccer while earning her biology degree from Xavier University. She received her DMD from the University of Louisville. Dr. Green-Sims is passionate about healthcare and enjoys helping patients feel confident in their smiles. She spends her free time with her family, playing board games, and keeping active on the Monon Trail.

Patrick Kuhns, DMD
Dr. Patrick Kuhns is from Stafford, Virginia, and played baseball while attending Hampden-Sydney College. He discovered his passion for dentistry while working as a dental assistant. He earned his DMD from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and now enjoys helping patients build confident smiles. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him snowboarding, doing CrossFit, or golfing with colleagues.

Alyssa (Zhao) Rhodes, DDS
Dr. Rhodes grew up in Carmel, Indiana, and completed her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University before earning her DDS and orthodontic residency at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
She was drawn to orthodontics because it blends hands-on work with meaningful patient connection and thoughtful problem-solving. Outside the office, Dr. Rhodes enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
